MOMENT OF CHANGE

Did you know that Life is always in the process of change, that all of Life and the stuff of Life is about change? Did you know that not one thing in all of Life ever stay the same, that not one part of Life is ever not changing? Did you know that?
Life is always in the process of change.
In fact, it is that process of change itself that defines Life and all of Life as such. If there was ever a moment, a part of Life that was not a direct result of change, it wouldn't be Life (or part of Life) at all. Therefore, when we speak of a "Moment of Change", what we're really talking about is every single moment.
Not some time in the future.
Not when you can.
Not when it seems convenient to you.
Not when you can no longer resist the change (which we can assure you is never a good idea).
Not when you have no other way, no other means but to...
It's never a good idea to resist change because change is part of Life. Change is what Life is in all its aspects. In such, to resist change is to resist Life. Yet, Life cannot be resisted. The more you resist it, the more it persists; because what you resist, persists. And, since there is nothing other than what Life is, you can never experience other than Life. Therefore, you can never experience other than change.
This, right here, is another form of change.
        The change that we wish to talk to you about is a change in what you hold most dear. This is about changing what matters most. This is about considering "The Only Thing That Matters". This is about considering your Life, and what matters most about your Life.
So, what is it that matters most about your Life? Is it something "you" own (while alive), or is it your Life itself? Is it the car that "you" own, or is it "you" without which this car wouldn't have an owner? Is it the house in which "you" live, or is it "you" without which this house wouldn't have someone living in it?
You really have to consider your priorities.  You really need to have your priorities straight. You really need to know that which that matters most. You really need to know "The Only Thing That Matters".

You Are The Only Thing That Matters.
Let's rephrase that for you.
Your Life is The Only Thing That Matters. In such, you need to take it seriously. Not only do you need to take it seriously as it is now, you also need to take it seriously in terms of what happens after. This brings us to what really matters here because:
What matters is your Love Ones.
What matters is the People you care about.
What matters is the People you hold dear.
What matters is the state you'll leave these people you claim to care about once you leave.
What matter is: What kind of Insurance you have? Is it one that only care of what happens after you die, or is it one that cares about your present state? Should you die now, what would be of the people you care about?
Actually, forget that for a moment.
Should you have a critical problem now, should you have a critical illness that stops you from providing for the ones you love, should you have a critical illness that stops you from providing for your family, what would you do?
       You see, with the Life Insurance that comes with "Living Benefits", you don't have to worry about that outcome. You don't have to worry about that outcome because you know you're covered. You don't have to worry about that outcome because your "Living Benefits" will not close the door on you.
Your "Living Benefits" is exactly that: Your Living Benefits.
What that means is that it constitutes the "Benefits" that you can enjoy while "Living". In other words, you really don't have to die to enjoy it.
Now, is this not a good thing? Is this not good news?
If you have the chance to take that opportunity, if you have the chance to take your life (and your death) into your own hands...if you have the chance to take control of all of it...wouldn't you want to take that chance?
Perhaps what you want is someone with which to talk about it so you can know what plan would better suit you; in which case, our door's always open.
As mentioned before, the "Moment of Change" is right now. It's not some time in the future. It's not when you're done resisting the change that's happening...that is, when you're done resisting the process of Life itself. it's not when it seems convenient to you.
The Moment of Change is right now.
So, take it as it comes.
Right now, you only have one question to ask yourself: What's stopping me now?
Ask yourself this, and whenever you're ready (which, hopefully, is this present moment), we'll be waiting.

WHAT IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DIE?

Admittedly, this title is a little misleading. But, now that I have your complete attention, let me explain to you what is meant here by "you don't have to die"..

What we're talking about is "Life Insurance". But, not just "Life Insurance" as you know it; we're talking about "Life Insurance" with LIVING BENEFITS.

So, what is this?

Usually, when you have Life Insurance, it means you have One or "x "beneficiary(ies) to which your Insurance Company pays out your "Death Benefits", in case you die. Well, with "Living Benefits", you don't have to die to see that money. If you've been diagnosed with a terminal disease or you suffer of a chronic illness, your Life Insurance Company will pay out to you Your Living Benefits.

Is this not better?

Be real, is this not?

Strangely enough, people are willing to pay lots and lots of money to insure their car(s) and house(s), yet, neglect the most important aspect of their life: Their Life.
How could you care that much about things you possess---of which you can get others---and not pay that much attention to the ONE LIFE you have? Does this sound okay to you? What's more important, your car or your Life? Your house or your Life?
Think about it.

IRS Update you should know...!

 Hello again from L&C Multi Services!
We're writing this article in order to share with our customers some of the new information we've recently received.
For our customers who've been the recipients of any of the services we provide, here is what's new with the IRS right now: We have received an E-mail from the IRS warning about some irregularities we might encounter while doing our duties as Tax Preparers, and we figured you (our Respected Customers) must be aware of these situations.
The e-mail has been sent to our CEO "Carl H. Rene" in which this could be read:

UPDATE: IRS FUNDING

CARL H,


With the enhancement of multiple processing systems at the IRS, most refunds are being disbursed in a timely manner, but for certain returns there may be some delays. It has come to our attention that conflicting information on when these affected refunds will actually be available may be received by your clients when visiting IRS information sources, including the IRS.gov website, taxpayer hotline and the IRS automated number. In some cases, IRS information will indicate that a deposit has been made to the bank when, in fact, it hasn't.

The IRS is aware of the problem and has indicated that they are working to resolve it as soon as possible, enabling taxpayers to receive correct information. Meanwhile, TPG information is available through our website, help center and automated phone center current and accurate. We will immediately reflect any receipt in refund deposits as soon as we receive them.

Of course, the rest of the e-mail also provided information as to how we should deal with these situations (if necessary). Thus, do not be alarmed and rest assured that the IRS and us at the L&C Multi Services will take care of your problems.
As our duties are to you, we've thought it good and wise to share this information with you.

           As you can see, Tax Preparation is not the only service we provide at L&C Multi Services. We have quite a variety of services we provide. We also mentioned this in our first blog post. Right now, we're going to entertain you with some interesting thoughts about Business Strategy.

   If you just do a little research, you would understand that Financial Planning is a specific aspect of Business Strategy. Therefore, understanding Business Strategy in General may help in understanding Financial Planning. Not that we imply you don't know what Financial Planning is. But simply, that you may benefit from a very light expression of why it's important.

   There are 3 primary Financial Statements, on can learn about:

1- Balance Sheet

2- Income Statement

3- Cash Flow Statement

All 3 are necessary steps for a consistent, well oriented Business Strategy (also known as "Strategic Management").

                    Dr. Vladimir Kvint, Economist and Strategist, describes Strategic Management as such: It's a system of finding, formulating, and developing a doctrine that will ensure a long term success if followed faithfully

These 3 Primary Financial Statements fall into the formulation of such a doctrine.

        Michael Porter, Business Strategist and Competition Expert, reached the existence of 3 Principles Underlying Strategy:

                      1) Unique and Valuable Market Position

                      2) Make "Trade-Offs by choosing what not to do"

                      3) Creating Fits by aligning Company

What it comes down to:

                      In terms of a Big Picture, it would turn out that Business Strategy or Strategic Management (if you prefer) boils down to a simple matter of going from point A to point B. In order to do that accurately, you need to really know and understand your point A (that is where your Business is at, in the moment), to really know and understand your point B (that is where You want to go with your Business), and what it takes to make the journey. In other words, you need to look at all the possible routes that lead to point B, choose that which fits mostly to your Values, and take the steps toward that point.

            To illustrate the picture right into your Mind, we came up with 4 particular steps with which this can be done:

       a) Consider the Business (that is Your Business) at large

       b) Consider the Goals (major and minor) of that Business of yours thoroughly

       c) Consider the services your Business provide

       d) Consider the environment of your Business (this includes Geographical position and the actual state of   the Services you provide, in terms of importance).

These tools, basically, give you what you need to create the Business that you want. At L&C Multi Services, these are exactly the kind of services we provide, in terms of making your Business Plans.

                     In our next article, we will be exploring these 4 steps mentioned above, from "a to d", and some more. As promised, we intend on making these articles as valuable as possible (in terms of Technicality), while keeping a light and clear language for our readers.

Introducing L&C

This comes simply as a mean of introducing ourselves to the Internet.
L&C Multiservices is a small Business located in Palm Springs, Florida where we provide a variety of services.
